Bashneft JSOC OJSC is planning to produce 11.576 mln t of oil in 2007, which is 13% lower than in 2005 - 11.725 mln t, the company says.

Bashneft's authorized capital totals RUB 204792440 and is split into 170169754 ordinary shares and 34622686 preferred shares of 1 ruble par. Bashkir Capital LLC (BC), that is controlled by Ural Rakhimov, a son of Bashkiria's President, had consolidated 64.84% ordinary shares of the company by the end of 2005. In early April, BC fully withdrew from the authorized capital of enterprises of the Bashkir Heat and Energy Complex and transferred their shares to four charitable funds. Sistema JSFC and Holland's Schildershoven control 25% shares of the oil company.
