Bashkir Capital LLC (BC), that is controlled by Ural Rakhimov, a son of Bashkiria's President, had consolidated 64.84% ordinary shares of the company by the end of 2005. In early April, BC fully withdrew from the authorized capital of enterprises of the Bashkir Heat and Energy Complex and transferred their shares to four charitable funds. Sistema JSFC and Holland's Schildershoven control 25% shares of the oil company.
