Transport Week participants named imperfect regulations the key problem of seaborne transport

Participants of the industry focused conference “Maritime and River Transport as a System Element of the Backbone Infrastructure” held as part of the Transport Week in Moscow say that administrative barriers and imperfect regulations have been the key problems of seaborne transport in 2018, IAA PortNews correspondent reports referring to the poll results. 

Lack of digital technologies was named the second problem.
