Nakhodka Trade Sea Port and Damen sign contract on delivery of tug by summer 2019
Nakhodka Trade Sea Port JSC (Nakhodka MTP, Primorsky Territory) and Damen have signed a contract on delivery of a new tugboat, the third unit in the company’s port fleet, Vladimir Grigoryev, General Director of Nakhodka MTP, told IAA PortNews.
According to statement, the ship is to be delivered by summer of the current year.
Port fleet of Nakhodka MTP does not offer services to other companies. It only performs the tasks of Nakhodka Trade Sea Port.
Nakhodka Trade Sea Port is a stevedore company, operator of a terminal in the eastern Gulf of Peter the Great, in the Nakhodka Bay (Primorsky Territory). The port is able to handle up to 580 railcars per day. Warehousing facilities area is 300,000 square meters. The company’s annual throughput is about 10 million tonnes.
