TransContainer is going to open its representations in Lithuania and Estonia, Railway Market Magazine reports according to RZD-Partner.
In November its office was opened in Belarus. In Dec. 2006 the Company signed up an agreement with Latvias Dzelzelsh (Latvian Railways) on the cooperation in the sphere of the cargo carriages.
TransContainer was founded on the basis of RZD with RUR 13.9bln in share capital.
In a year 25% in the Company will be sold to the investors; after the restructuring RZHD is assumed to have a working interest equal to 50%+1 stock.
