  Bunker prices go down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

  

  Oil prices have plunged in response to unexpected growth of oil and fuel reserves in the USA. 

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices have slightly increased at the port of St. Petersburg:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $375 pmt (-$7).

  Average price of MGO - $607 pmt (-$14).  

  Average price of ULSFO - $568 pmt (-$10). 

  IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $370 and $385 pmt.

  Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam fell by $13 on the average.

  The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
