  Bunker prices are slightly down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

  

  Following the growth oil prices started going down amid anticipation of trade conflict between China and the USA.

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at the port of St. Petersburg are as follows:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $370 pmt (-$5).

  Average price of MGO - $580 pmt (-$5).  

  Average price of ULSFO - $515 pmt (-$9). 

  IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $360 and $380 pmt.

  Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam fell by $7 on the average.

  The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
