RS issues revised Rules for Classification and Construction of ships carrying liquefied gas

Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) has published the revised Rules for Classification and Construction of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gas (2019).

As compared with the edition of 2016, the Rules contain some amendments taking into consideration new international requirements and based on the experience accumulated during supervising the designing and construction of LNG carriers at the shipyards in the S. Korea as well as cooperation of RS with the leading developers of LNG storage systems.
