In summer 2019, Nakhodka Trade Sea Port (NTSP, Primorsky Territory) embarked on construction of water treatment facilities at its production terminals. According to the press center of the stevedoring company, investments into the project are to exceed RUB 1 billion.
NTSP water treatment facilities will feature a closed water recycling system. Its key task is to prevent entering of untreated technical water and rainwater into soil and waters. Untreated waters will be used for road washing and sprinkling that fight dust during handling of loose cargo.
