According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS - $390 pmt, IFO-180 НS – 405 pmt, MGO (DMB) - $605 pmt.
Currency prices for MGO (DMB) range between $595 and $605 pmt, IFO-380 НS – between $385 and $395 pmt.
Those are merely indicative prices amid the fuel deficit. The market players are waiting for supplies.
The deficit is to continue due to emergency situation caused by unfavorable weather conditions the railway has limited loading of all types of cargo for 5 days from August 29 till September 2 inclusive.
Also, a ban imposed on transshipment of dangerous goods in the water area of Vladivostok seaport during the V Eastern Economic Forum (3-6 September 2019).
IFO-380 НS at the port of Singapore are as high as $442, MGO prices - $561 pmt.
