Bunker prices go down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

On 26 September 2019, global oil prices went up after a decline throughout the week. Despite the growth of global oil prices, bunker fuel prices at the port of Saint-Petersburg are slightly down by the end of the week.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $361 pmt (-$4).

Average price of MGO - $600 pmt (-$5).

Average price of ULSFO - $545 pmt.

IFO-380 HS prices range between $355 and $380 pmt.

Bunker market at the port of Rotterdam sees mixed price movements: heavy fuel oil grew by $9, light fuel fell by $18 on the average.

The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
