Iran Anzali was delivered to the customer
15 February 2007 a prototype ship Iran Anzali intended for the carriage of general cargo was delivered to the customer, KHAZAR SEA SHIPPING LINES Co. The ship built at the Volgograd shipyard in compliance with the requirements of the RS Rules was assigned the RS class.
RS has also carried out surveys for compliance with the requirements of international conventions and issued relevant documents based upon instructions and authority delegated to it by Maritime Administration of Islamic Republic of Iran.
Technical survey of the ship construction stage was carried out by surveyors of RS Astrakhan Branch. “In January 2007 the ship of ЛУ2 ice category successfully passed sea trials in Caspian Sea under survey of our specialists”, - said Yury Zakharov, Head of RS Astrakhan Branch. He added that four more ships are to be built under this project in the nearest future.
