The board of the directors of RZHD OJSC appointed Oleg Toni a vice-president of the company, RZHD-Partner.ru reports referring to PR Department RZHD. Board of thedirectors of the company signed the report on appointment on April 11th. By the order N349 on April 15 2006 of Vladimir Yakunin, the President of RZHD, Oleg Toni was released from the duties of head of RZHD Department of capital construction in connection with an appointment a Vice-President of RZHD OJSC.
Oleg Toni was born in 1964, worked as the engineer-builder. Since1986 after graduation from Engineering-building institute of Voronezh held a position of master of construction management of Strojtrest of Voronezh. Then worked as a construction superintendent, the supervisor of a site and a chief of the industrial department at Building department of Leningrad industrial construction association, also a technical director of Building Department N228 CJSC, a general director of Baltic building company N24 CJSC of St.Petersburg, a general director of Baltic building company (M). In March 2004 was appointed a first deputy chief, and in September of the same year a chief of the Department of capital construction of Russian railroad communications OJSC. Since August 2005 became a member of the Board of Russian railroad communications OJSC. Was awarded many times by government, possesses a Honorable railway man award.
