Hamburg-Sud goes weekly on the Atlantic

Hamburg-Süd is to provide weekly transatlantic sailings between Tilbury, Bremerhaven, Antwerp, Philadelphia and Savannah (both ways) through the addition of two ships which will offer intermediate sailings on the otherwise fortnightly Europe-US-ANZ 'Trident' service (M188). The two additional ships, the 1,837 teu CAP VAN DIEMEN and 1,742 teu SANTA MONICA 1, will be confined only to the transatlantic leg of the service (rotation in 28 days).
