Sea Terminal “Tuloma” says it has obtained a permit for construction of a dry bulk cargo terminal in the port of Murmansk. The project foresees the construction of a modern hi-tech terminal for exports of mineral fertilizers and apatite concentrate with a possibility to accommodate ships of up to 85,000 tonnes in capacity.
At the first phase, the terminal will have a capacity of 4 million tonnes per year with an expansion to 6 million tonnes at the second phase.
State expert approval of the project was obtained from Glavgosexpertiza was obtained in July 2021. Sea Terminal “Tuloma” LLC is a resident of the Arctic Capital PDA. The project is included into the list of investment projects approved by RF Government for implementation in the Arctic Zone.
