Commercial Seaport of Vladivostok handles 624.4 thou tons of cargo in 2006

624.4 thousand tons of freights was handled at the commercial sea port of Vladivostok in January – February 2007, RZD-Partner reports. 344.1 thousand tons of export freights was handled.
178.8 thousand tons of import freights (173.1 thousand tons in 2006) and 101.3 thousand tons of coastal trade freights was handled. The port serviced 458 vessels and 7417 wagons.
22 646 TEU was handled at the Container Terminal of Vladivostok (+1.5% year-on-year).
10,578.1 tons of freights was handled; 125.7 wagons was serviced at the port daily.
