Federal Tariff Service Set Tariffs on handling of freights at the port of Novorossiysk, RZD-Partner reports.
Handling of row oil costs $ 2.6 per tone; oil products - $2.6 per tone; cement - $1.2 per tone; chemical cargoes (non hazardous) - $ 7.8 per tone.
