Russia raised crude steel output 9.7% year-on-year in January-February to 12.044 million tonnes, the Federal State Statistics Service said according to Interfax.
Converter steel output rose 4.4% to 6.97 million tonnes and electric steel output grew 31.2% to 2.913 million tonnes.
