Russian Government approved a project of the federal law “On Commercial Motorways”, RZD-Partner reports. Commercial Motorways can be owned by the state or by municipal bodies according to the law.
The law sets goals and principles of construction, reconstruction and exploitation of commercial motorways. Dmitry Medvedev, First Vice-Premier of the RF, said that the law does not meet the existing Civil Legislation Normative. At the same time he said that the project may be completed at the State Duma.
