Today, on an annual meeting, shareholders of Sunway-Group Ltd have decided to ride the income of 2006 (41.851mil rub) at company's development, said in the company's press release.
Also the shareholders have ratified 2006 annual report and financial statements.

All the assets of the group are controlled by Brand Development Inc. (Belize). Its final beneficiaries are the Sunway Trading Group's President Shalmi Benyaminov and Alexander Vasiliev.
