EMERA and IPBCC raise tariffs

The Europe Middle East Rate Agreement and India Pakistan Bangladesh Ceylon Conferences have both changed their currency and bunker adjustment factors. EMERA's CAF will change to +9.45% for May, while IPBCC's will be +11%. EMERA's BAF will rise to US$185 per teu from Europe and US$190 per teu from the Baltic, while the IPBCC's will rise to US$190 and US$195 per teu respectively.
