The Black Sea shipbuilding factory (the Ukraine) will be renamed to Large-Capacity Shipyard
During the last meeting of shareholders of The Black Sea shipbuilding factory holding company (CHSZ, the Ukraine) they have accepted a decision to rename the company to Large-capacity shipyard, proUA reports. As the company reported, currently there has been a preparation of documents for renaming taking place at CHSZ. Thus the reason for changing its name was not explained by the company. Black Sea shipbuilding factory joint-stock holding company (Nikolaev) carries out the construction and repair of the vessels. The main sales markets are the Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Greece, and Estonia. In October 2003 Nikolaevkaya small-capacity shipyard OJSC became the owner of 90.25 % of shares having paid 119.35 million hryvnias for the block of shares.
