Vessel Production Corporation (Moscow) became a shareholder of Ship Building and Repair Corporation

Vessel Production Corporation LLC (Moscow) became a shareholder of Ship building and repair Corporation OJSC (SSK, Nizhegorodskaya oblast) with a 49.6 % share. According to Interfax, the official message of SSK speaks about it. As for BK Trust LLC (Moscow, affiliated branch of Swiss BK Transt), it increased its stake in SSK from 19.7 % to 29.8%. As Interfax was told at the enterprise, the group of shareholders of SSK previously having sold their block of shares entered Investment- Finance Group DFG LLC (Moscow, earlier owned 19.9% shares of SSK), Dimago Investments LLC (Moscow, affiliated branch of Swiss Dimago Investments, owned 19.9%), Interaktus Consulting Group LLC (Moscow, affiliated branch of Swiss Interaktus Consulting Group, owned 19.9 %). Thus Batyr Kerbabaev, member of board of directors of SSK was remained the owner of 19.8 % shares of SSK.
It was announced earlier, that Vessel Production Corporation increased its stake in the authorized capital of Chkalovskaya shipyard OJSC (Nizhegorodskaya oblast) from 20.01 % to 49.95329 %, as for BK Trust, it increased its stake in Joint-stock Company from 19.9337% up to 49.95329%. Futhorized capital of SSK totals 10 million roubles, it is divided into 200 million common shares by a par-value of 0.05 roubles.
Shipbuilding and repair Corporation OJSC was established in October 2001 on the basis of Gorodetskaya shipbuilding shipyard OJSC. SSK gained all stocks of shipyard. SSK carries out construction of vessels and floating constructions used for servicing, mooring and repair of vessels, and also for creation and developments of an infrastructure of coastal water areas. Besides the corporation carries out such kinds of ship repair as slipping of the vessels for inspection, repair determination and hull repair, painting works. Vessel Production Corporation (Moscow) is affiliated with Industrial Bank and Swiss company Vessel Production Corporation AG.
