EU approves the sale of Wrist Group

The European Commission have now approved the sale of the Wrist Group in Aalborg to the Swedish equity fund Altor Fund. The EU Commission approved the sale with the condition that no one complained within 30 days after the deal was made public. Now that time has elapsed and hence the deal is approved. The Wrist Group is one of Europe’s leading ship suppliers and bunker oil providers with a staff of 850 persons world wide and main office in Aalborg.
