Oil price up to $69.86 in London and to $69.83 in New York

In London the October Brent Crude contract was up $1.16 on August 23 to $69.86. Light Sweet Crude for September delivery climbed $0.57 to $69.83 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, Finmarket reports.
