Vostochny Port didn't pay the dividends

Vostochny Port didn't pay the 2006-dividends in the volume of 6.74ml rub. or 80% of the total declared dividends, the company informed.
At the annual meeting the holders decided to spend 8.49mln rub. to pay up the dividends. But failed to pay them in full due to the wrong requisites set for the payment. Vostochny is the largest port in the Far East. It has 18mln ton in the capacity.
The share capital is worth 623.61mln rub. split in 2125462 common stocks of 250 rub. par and 368958 preferred. The Port is under control of Kuzbassrazrezugol Holding. The major holders involve Eastern Stidworing Holdings Ltd (74.57%) and Russian property agency (19.9%).
In 2006 the net profit (RAS) declined 3.7 fold to 90mln rub.; revenues - 9.2% to 1.33bn rub.; gross profit being down 1.6 fold to 287.2mln rub.
