In comparison with national and foreign analogs it has a different fastening of the stern block-superstructure. The superstructure has no contact with the ship's hull since it is placed on rubber shock-absorbers, which improves the crew working and living conditions. The owners called the ship 'SIMCHA', which means 'Joy' in Hebrew. The hull construction lasted 6 months. Finecoprom Ltd. and Si Tekh Ltd. acted as contractors.
