Rosneft can acquire 50% in Volgotanker, as it was informed.
The state-held stake (20%) will be offered to Rosneft, remained portion being formed through the financial clearance of the entities. Now 76% are under control of offshore companies headed by the top managers of the Company blaimed for the fraud.
Volgotanker covers 11 shipbuilding, shiprepair and servicing companies with 1.25mln ton in total deadweight. The 2005-revenues (RAS) reached 4.1bn rub.; net losses - 1.1bn rub.
