At today’s meeting all members of the RF Government approved the Programme of Railway Development Strategy till 2030, RZD-Partner reports. This question was the first on the meeting agenda.
Alexandr Misharin, Deputy Minister of Transport noted that prospective development of railway transport is the very important for the state. It is necessary to provide direct budget financing, appropriation of funds from investment fund, targeted increase of the total level of tariffs indexation etc.
Carrying out of long-term programme of railway transport development will allow to provide economics growth on the innovation development plan. 13,780.2 bln. rubles is necessary to fulfill the main task – to develop the transport sector to provide social growth in Russia.
