Commercial Seaport of Novorossiysk attracts $118 million of syndicated loan for three years

Commercial Seaport of Novorossiysk OJSC has attracted $118 million of syndicated loan for three years, the company reports according to Gazeta.Ru. The loan has been arranged and provided by UniCredit represented by Austria Creditanstalt AG and International Moscow Bank CJSC under 160 basic points with decrease to 140 points provided that the borrower is given investment-grade rating.
