Gazprom Neft (RTS: SIBN) has hired ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Calyon, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft to organize a three-year syndicated loan for up to $2.2 billion, the company said in a statement according to Interfax.
Gazprom Neft plans to use the resources to finance the expansion of its business in the production and refining sectors.
The loan is amortized and is being provided at an annul LIBOR + 0.75%. The loan documents were signed on September 14.
