New PM's first gov't meeting to focus on ports

Russian Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov is to preside over his first government meeting today, the cabinet's press office reported according to RBC. The meeting will consider a range of measures to develop seaports and port economic zones, with acting Transport Minister Igor Levitin as speaker. Among other things, the cabinet will also discuss the status of standardization of the national measurement system, presented by acting Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko.
