Investment into construction of new refinery complex in Khabarovsk region to make RUR 16 billion

On September 26, 2007, a capsule was laid down at the refinery in Khabarovsk region (Komsomolsk-on-Amur) to mark the beginning for construction of a deep-refining complex, the city’s administration reports according to ИА REGNUM. In 2009, the first phase of the complex will be finished, while construction of the complex will be completed in 2010. The works will cost almost RUR 16 billion. The efficiency of refining will exceed 96%.
