In the frame of negotiations with the trade union of Ford Motor Company CJSC (Vsevolzhsk, Leningrad region) Ford made a final proposal regarding the conclusion of a collective agreement for 2008, the company's press center reports according to FIS.
The proposal includes the increase by 16-21% of the salary depending on individual qualification, average salary at RUR25.586 thousand, initial salary at over RUR19 thousand and payment for service in the range of 5 to10 thousand rubles plus various benefits and additional payments. The workers' voting by secret ballot on the management's proposal is scheduled for early February.
