Perma relocates headquarters to Singapore

PERMA Container (UK) Line Ltd, a UK registered NVOCC, says it has relocated its headquarters from Dubai to Singapore to strengthen and expand its operations in Southeast Asia and the Far East.
Set up in 2000, the Dubai company has grown steadily over the years and has developed into a transportation and logistics entity operating a large fleet of containers with activities focused on the Persian Gulf, the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia, a company statement said.
It has been at the forefront in providing dedicated service into Iraq and its inland destinations via the port of Umm Qasr.
Perma has recently opened its own offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Delhi and Ludhiana, in addition to its existing offices in Dubai and Mumbai.
It plans to expand its network of offices by establishing itself in other parts of Asia. It is operating through an agency network in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, and Myanmar, on the east coast of India, Kandla, Mundra, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Oman.
