A WORLD leader in logistics and industrial real estate development, AMB Corporation, has signed an agreement to build a new logistics facility in eastern city of Suzhou's New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Logistics Week reported.
AMB is to invest US$45 million on building the facility into a world-class logistics and industrial base.
Being a Fortune 500 company, AMB focuses on major hub and gateway distribution markets, serves approximately 2,800 customers in 45 markets in 14 countries throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia, with a portfolio totalling 14 million square metres.
