The vessels of Port Fleet CJSC (St. Petersburg) are to be in charge within St. Petersburg water area during Economic Forum, the company’s press center informs.
From the evening of June 5, the Uragan tug boat and the Patrulny motor boat will implement security monitoring tasks within the framework of the water area of the port of St. Petersburg. Special patrolling of the port’s water area will be carried out on June 6 – 8, 2008, during the 12th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Apart from the vessels of Port Fleet CJSC, the water area will be controlled by the two motor boats of FSE Administration of Big Port of St. Petersburg.
Port Fleet vessels participate in security activities during St. Petersburg Economic Forums from 1997.
Port Fleet CJSC was set up in 1997. It is the largest operator of Rosmorport FSUE icebreaker fleet in the port of St. Petersburg. The company operates the fleet of 35 vessels being able to fulfill any tasks on integrated servicing of vessels both within the harbor waters of the port of St. Petersburg and outside it.
