BOD of Gazprom Neft OJSC has approved the strategy for the development of its subsidiary Gazpromneft-Nefteservis LLC till 2020, the company informs.
The main task of Gazpromneft-Nefteservis is transformation into an oil service company. The main directions of the company’s development are drilling, overhaul and routine repair of wells, as well as geophysics.
Total investments into the development of Gazpromneft-Nefteservis LLC is to make RUR 26.2 billion till 2020 including some RUR 19.5 billion into to be spent for acquisition of new technologies and upgrading of the existing ones.
Gazpromneft-Nefteservis plans to become the market leader by 2014 through technical upgrading, equipment modernization and entrance to the outer market.
Gazprom Neft OJSC is a subsidiary of Gazprom OJSC holding 75% of the company. Consortium of Italian companies ENI and Enel own 20% of the company. Gazprom has the option for purchase of this share. The authorized capital of Gazprom Neft OJSC makes RUR 7.586.079.4224 million divided into 4.741.299.639 billion shares with nominal value of RUR 0.0016 each. In 2007, the company’s output totaled 32.7 million tonnes. Gazprom Neft’ carries out its activities in Russia’s largest oil- and gas-bearing regions such as Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Tomsk and Omsk Regions, and Chukotka Autonomous District.
