Federal allocations for Russia’s transport infrastructure development to total RUR 560 bln in 2009 – Vladimir Putin

Federal allocations for Russia’s transport infrastructure development will total RUR 560 bln in 2009, press center of the highest executive body cites RF Prime Minister Vladimir Putin as saying at VIII investment forum in the Black Sea city of Sochi. According to Putin, the figure includes RUR 312 bln to be allocated for the development of highways. 

Investment programs of natural monopolies were continued as well. Their total volume is to make some RUR 2 trn. “As your understand, it will be arranged not without state support as well. In some cases we just direct federal resources to authorized capitals of such companies,” Vladimir Putin says.

“State support of large nationwide investment projects will be certainly provided in the future,” he says.
