No privatization at a discount in Russia - Putin

Privatization in Russia cannot be free or at a discount, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said according to Itar-Tass.

“Federal assets must be sold only at real, fair market prices, without any discounts,” Putin told a conference devoted to privatization plans for 2010-2012.
