Oil price up to $71.36 in London and to $73.27 in New York

In London, the Brent Crude contract was up $1.36 on October 12, 2009 to $71.36 per barrel on the ICE Futures exchange. Light Sweet Crude fell by $1.50to $73.27on the New York Mercantile Exchange, RBC reports.
