Cargo navigation in Samara to be over Dec.5, 2009

Cargo navigation along the Volga will last till mid-November – beginning December, 2009. As per Alexei Stepanov, Deputy Director of the Samara river port, the navigation will approximately be over on December 5, upon first ice-layer occurrence.
