China and Russia will tomorrow sign an agreement upon the construction of a super shipyard in Vladivostok, Russia, according to a Russian industry and trade deputy minister.
When asked which China-based company the Russian side was in talks with, the minister acknowledged that it was Yantai Raffles Shipyard Ltd., a Sino-Singapore joint venture.
