First rolling stock with oil to arrive at Kozmino port (Primorskii krai) October 22
A rolling stock with oil will arrive at spetsmornefteport Kozmino (Primorskii krai) on October 22. It is the first oil cargo to be delivered to Primorie under Eastern Siberia-PacificOcean pipeline system project (VSTO), informed press-service of regional administration.
It was early October that construction works were completed in Kozmino. Now it is necessary to fill the spetsport pipelines with oil to check technological lines and project completeness which will require over 85 thousand tons of crude oil.
The first rolling stock was dispatched from Irkutsk region. It will be delivered to Gruzovaya railway station and later to discharge rail jetties of Kozmino.
Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline is routed through Irkutsk region, Sakha-YakutiaRepublic, Amurskaya region, Khabarovskii krai. At the first stage of VSTO project implementation oil is delivered from Skovorodino to Kozmino port (Primorslii Krai) and then exported to Asia-Pacific region countries.
Rolling stocks are loaded with first oil to fill spetsmornefteport technological pipelines in Megeta (Irkutsk region). Rolling stocks are dispatched to Primorie on every basis.
November current year wagons with commercial oil will be dispatched from Skovorodino station (Amurskaya region). It is planned to put into operation first stage of an eastern pipeline (spetsmornefteport Kozmino belongs here) by December 25, 2009 .
