Seaport of Kaliningrad cargo turnover decreased by 20.5% (to 9 million 335 thousand tons) in January-September 2009 as compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. As per the port’s statistics data dry cargo transhipment volumes decreased by 3million 989.5 thousand tons, liquid cargo volumes – by 8.5% (to 5 million 346 thousand tons).
