Bank Saint-Petersburg sells Scandinavia’s property
Scandinavia company’s property (a part of OMG, Oslo Marine earlier) mortgaged in the bank Saint-Petersburg was soled in an auction. As per the Russian auction house press-release, the bank has realized about RUR314 million (4.7% over the starting price) for three land plots, a non-residential building and two non-residential premises.
The first lot comprised an object of uncompleted construction and a land plot in Sestroretsk of 25533 m2. The land plot is designed for fishery. The auction winner The auction winnermillion 656 thousand.
The second lot comprised: two non-residential premises (93.5 and 1,035.1 m2.) in Ugolnaya Gavan, St.-Petersburg and a land plot (2,332 m2) located at the same address. The land plot is leased till 2050. The auction winner shall pay RUR37 million 282 thousand 364.32 incl. VAT.
The third lot comprises: non-residential building (2,248.1 m2) and a land plot (20,695 m2) in Ugolnaya Gavan. The auction winner shall pay RUR 170 million 022 thousand 979.84 incl. VAT.
An auction winner on all the lots is SOLO LLC, stated Russian auction house.
It is necessary to point out that all the sold plots in Ugolnaya Gavan are located in Onega terminal territory where OMG planned to develop car transhipment.
Scandinavia SC submitted the aforementioned property as security of loan given by Bank Saint-Petersburg to the third parties.
OMG group is multi-business structure. Its main business is port and shipping services, insurance and leasing, development projects, timber processing and selling. Consolidated holding assets amount to RUR 30 billion (as of preliminary company’s data late 2008).
