Russia and Turkey agreed on construction of oil refinery in the end point of Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipelineв for joint oil products trade, stated Sergei Shmatko, Head of Minenergo RF.
As per k2kapital, on October 19 in Milan Russian companies Transneft, Risneft, Italian company Eni and Turkish Calik signed an agreement of understanding on oil pipeline construction linking Turkish ports Samsun (the black Sea) and Ceyhan (the Mediterranean Sea) passing the Bosporus.
Shmatko also stated, Russia received an official invitation to the next meeting of OPEC that will take place in Angola, December current year.
