Chinese ports cargo turnover up by 5%, Jan.-August 2009

Cargo turnover of the largest Chinese ports increased by 4.9% (up to 4.5 billion tons) within 9-month period of 2009 as compared to the corresponding period 2008, informed Transport Business with reference to the data issued by the Ministry of Transport of China

The experts state the branch will soon be able to recover from the economic breakdown in case of such the positive dynamics stability.
