RF Government regulation on international conventions implementation signed

Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the RF Government signed a regulation on ‘Implementation of International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 and International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Marimers 1987’.
