As per the document, the stocks of shares of the following companies will be a contribution to the charter capital of the open joint-stock company set: 30.28% of Novorossiysk Shiprepair Yard JSC (Novorossiysk, Krasnodarskiy kray), 44.0% of Lotos Shipyard OJSC (Narimanov of Astrakhan region), 25.5% of Shipyar named after Karl Marks (Astrakhan), 25.4% of Tuapse Shiprepair Yard (Tuapse, Krasnodarskiy kray), 25.5% of Kriushi Shipyard OJSC (Kriushi, Uliyanovsk region), 25.5% of Samyus’ Shipbuilding-Shiprepair Yard OJSC (Samyus’, Tomsk region) and 25.5% OJSC Nizhegorodskiy Teplokhod (Bor, Nizhegorodskaya region).
Shares of the aforementioned enterprises are planned to be included into the charter capital of the joint-stock being founded upon their transmission to United Shipbuilding Corporation OJSC (USC). 5%-stocks of shares of Lotos Shipyard OJSC (Narimanov of Astrakhan region) owned by Astrakhan region will be as well included into the charter capital of South Centre of Shipbuilding and Shiprepair OJSC.
RF Government Draft Regulation provides for contribution of 25.5% of shares of Khabarovsk plant named after Gorkiy A.M. (Khabarovsk), 100%-1 share of Maintenance fleet depot OJSC (Murmansk), 25.5% of shares of Moscow Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Yard (Moscow) into the charter capital of United Shipbuilding Corporation.
It is planned to restructure FGUP Sudoexport Foreign Economic Enterprise (Moscow) into the open joint-stock company 100% shares of which are held by the state under the aforementioned Regulation. It is further planned to contribute 100% - 1 share as RF contribution into the charter capital of USC as the state’s payment for supplement shares placed by the corporation due to its carter capital increase.
The Charter of South Centre of Shipbuilding and Shiprepair OJSC shall include the following provisions as the priority lines of activity: elaboration, design, manufacturing, delivery, warranty service and maintenance, modernization, repair, dismantlement of civil and military-oriented shipbuilding equipment and structures for shelf development in the interests of the state and other customers, as well as introduction of new techniques of shipbuilding.
