In particular, the FTC has decided to maintain the absolute rate of the tariff for the coal shipment for 2010 in part of transportation of several brands of export coking coal from the stations of the West-Siberian railway, as well as import coking coal through Russian border stations, transported in 2009 with raising exceptional rates at 1,15 and 1,22 respectively, almost at the level of 2009. The tariffs rate coefficients are said to be at 1,05 and 1,12 respectively for exports and imports of coal.
Similar decisions were announced with regard to transport coke through border transfer stations of Russia, with the 2010 ratio at 1.15 instead of current rates 1,258 for export coke, and 1.22 instead of 1.333 for import coke.
As to other rates, the Tariffs Service authorities said, they remained unchanged The agency noted, as well the current rate 0.909, providing adjustment of tariffs for transportation of coking coal for energy from coal power, as the rate of coefficients, used for transportation of coal for export through Russia's ports and border crossings for the transportation distance of over 3,5 thousand km, including coefficients in the direction to Russian ports, Arkhangelsk, Kandalaksha, Murmansk, Busan, Posiet, Nakhodka and Vostochy (East) were not changed.
